Funny enough, I had just started writing this blog about how I built “the best coffee shop in the world,” mostly because a travel site called Big7Media had once done a ranking like that. And then—bam—on November 13th, Fenster Café actually made the list of the Top 50 Coffee Shops in the World, 2020. For the second year in a row!
As if the timing wasn’t crazy enough, that very same day we officially moved into our new space, with a brand-new window. Sure, the old Fenster and the new Fenster are in the same historic building, but still—it felt like a whole new chapter.
That big move explains the long silence between my blog posts. Don’t worry, I’ll get into the whole relocation story soon, and about how we managed to hang on to our title. For now, let’s just say it feels surreal to be recognized as one of the best—again.
